“Probably the worst pedicure ive ever gotten. Ive only had it for a day, i wouldve liked all my toe nails cut short to match and be even which is what i specified that i wanted. Ive come here a couple of times for a pedi and for a full set acrylic and my full set lasts maybe 1.5 weeks MAX. and my pedis are always so below mid. My big toe was supposed to be a french tip with a light pink base .”

“The people here were really nice but the quality of service I got was the worst I’ve ever gotten for the highest price. I got my legs scrubbed with an old nail brush and in under a week I lost two of my gel toe nails, more cracking and lifting soon after. They offered to fix them but I didn’t want to spend more time for poor work 🤷‍♀️ Maybe it isn’t always this way. The work looked good but the quality wasn’t. This pedicure was $70 also for the most basic service option”

“I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years, and this was the worst experience I've had. I chose Idalis because I wanted to support a Black nail technician, but unfortunately, she was very rough during my nail removal, and the process was painful. She even clipped my skin while cutting my nails, and my new nail tech had to fix the damage before doing my new set. She also pushed my appointment back from 11:00 to 11:30, which I understood, but there was no effort to make up for the inconvenience. After I paid, I handed her the money, and she placed it on the counter instead of taking it from my hand, which felt unprofessional. This experience won't stop me from supporting Black nail technicians, but I would not recommend booking with Idalis.”

“I got my nails done here since I was like 9? I'm 14 now too. the thing about me is I have ADHD and move a lot, I'm very fidgety. ontop of that, I'm very particular about how my nails look. everyone doing my nails didn't mind and let me make as many adjustments as I needed, and was kind about when I needed to move a lot. ontop of that, everyone was really kind too! I can't recommend them enough, I feel like I walked out of a pinterest board!”
