Exquisite Nails

“I took my daughter and granddaughter to get toes done. They were told that the design they wanted had to be gel. But it does not have to be gel, it's more money. Also, my granddaughter had one big toe that was fake. Sanh was the one doing her toes. He said he would take it off for $5 so she said ok. But it's obvious that it wasn't taken off. She also only got white on her toes because again she was told they couldn't do what she wanted without gel. My daughter had Loan and she also said she had to use gel on hers for the design she wanted. It was only tips and glitter on one toe. However, her 2 big toes are totally different in tips. One covers more than the other. I feel they were not professional and of course you can't understand what they are saying. Which to me is very rude. We will NOT be going back there and I suggest no one else does.”

“We have been coming to this nail salon over the years, and it has always been a great experience. Bobby did my pedicure this visit and was very nice, professional, and welcoming. I especially appreciated that he took the time to help with my ingrown toenails and even show them to me — that meant a lot and made a big difference. The prices are great, and the service is always a good value. My only wish is that the pedicure service had lasted a little longer, as I would have enjoyed more time relaxing and getting massaged. Overall, we continue to enjoy coming here and appreciate the consistent quality, friendly service, and care they put into their work.”

“so I am on a business trip. I am coming from out of town in Warner Robins. I just wanted my nails done just to look cute see and this was the nearest nail salon to my hotel when I walked in. There was no hello. There was no hay how you doing there was absolutely nothing. As soon as I walked in the guy had asked me. What do you want? I tell him a Medicare and a pedicure I will see that immediately that was the only good part out of this entire experience then I got my feet done. I proceed to get my nails done still once again no one has said hey how are you or anything? I got my nails done I even said thank you to the guy he mumbled. mhm And at this point, where is the customer service I go to pay and there was no hey how you doing? How’s your experience? Do you like your nails? There was nothing it was. Your amount is $130 and did not even tell me there was gonna be a three dollar fee for using my card and just to provide pictures. My service was not worth $133.69.”
