“Will not be going back to em &em nails asked for a natural acrylic sat there for hour and 1/2 and didn’t get what I asked for getting more emotional buy the minute I don’t do stuff for myself she tells me she is almost done my nails are bulky no shape to them at all she asked me to wash my hands she new I wasn’t happy told her I didn’t want a top coat I have to go home and fill them more and shape them and have to paint them cause they didn’t use a natural acrylic but used a white she said ok and still charged me 66 dollars very disappointed”

“I got my nails done at a salon across the street from em and em nails (Lucky nails) and was disgusted. The nail tech at the other place left visible dirt under fresh acrylics. The nails looked like nails from 10 different sets. They were awful. I immediately left and went to em and em. The girls were SO nice and personable! They doctored my nails and made them presentable. I returned a few weeks later for a fresh set and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a top notch experience with awesome ladies visit em and em nails. 🥰 Rae did an amazing job.💕💕💕”

“TL;DR: ⭐️ —> took soooooo long and nails came off after 1.5 week —————————————————————— Update 3/25/2024: another nail came off and then yet another has a crack. Supremely disappointing because IT HASN’T EVEN BEEN TWO WEEKS, so down to 1 ⭐️ Update 3/25/2024: thumb nail has a crack and middle finger nail has already cracked off. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks! This seemed like a teaching salon, since an older woman came and checked my nail tech’s work. If this is a teaching salon, that should be communicated before starting, as it will take longer and it should definitely cost less. Will not go back. Changed to 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ I can’t give this more than 3 stars because of how long it took - 1.5 hours for me to get dip powder off and then re-dipped. The dip powder is pretty consistent and smooth, but a little thick. Overall, I might go back but would prefer if it didn’t take over an hour. Staff was friendly and salon was clean.”
