“The experience I had at this place was top notch. It was so inviting and the nails were incredible. I took my wedding crew with me to get my nails done. If you want your nails done really good, go to Vinnie. He does amazing work and made my wedding nails amazing! Also funny!”

“I wanted a manicure and acrylic nails however I was rushed into a seat and tips were immediately glued on my nails without asking me what I wanted done and when I questioned if my cuticles were going to be trimmed and cleaned up I was told "oh I will at the end when filling" which made no sense to me as thats not the process I've ever done before but its been years since I regularly had my nails done and gave them the benefit of the doubt that things can change. However at the end she just said "oh no I filed them down and you don't have enough to trim anyway" when I clearly have visible cuticle that could be trimmed and they weren't even pushed back. I was never even asked to wash my hand til they were done, never cleaned up my nails or anything. Definitely will not be back”

“I was a new walk in customer to get a fill done and I came 2 hours before closing. I seen that they had many 5 star reviews so I gave them a shot. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. I felt that the nail tech rushed on my nails. I understand wanting to get in as many customers as possible but it’s also important to treat them with the same care as a scheduled visit. I wasn’t in a rush so if they didn’t have the time either, I would’ve went to the next salon without an issue. Anyway, the nail tech was rough with my nails. Even caused my cuticles to bleed with the overuse of the nail drill machine and not being careful or more tender. Other nail salons have taken their time and have also done other procedures that I noticed he didn’t do. He didn’t have me wash my hands after using the drill machine and so some of the particles of the acrylic can be seen in my nails, giving them a speckled look. The nail tech also didn’t put any cuticle oil on so my cuticles came out looking rougher than what I came in the salon with. Again, due to the overuse of the drill machine. You can see for yourself in the pictures. At this time, I wouldn’t rate my experience 5 stars. I truly felt rushed out of there, sadly. Might come back another time to give them another shot, but this time with an appointment. Then again, I may stick to Kim’s Nails.”

“I went to Elite nails for the first time with my friend to get our nails done for her wedding. We originally went in and they were busy, so the lady there said she could take us at 6. She fit us in last minute and it was so nice. We each had a picture of what we wanted and the people here absolutely nailed it. Not only did they make our nails look amazing, they were so kind and funny! We had such a great experience with them and cannot wait to continue going back.”
