“It was a really great experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and everyone was so kind. Kim did my nails and was very attentive and gave a great hand massage. Ann did my pedicure which was great! Mai did my niece’s nails and was very gentle with her. And they remembered my name right away even tho it was my first time and the owner I believe kept checking in to see how I was enjoying things. If you want a peaceful nail experience this is the place to come!”

“I’ve been here three times. The first time, I wasn’t happy at all because the technician wasn’t professional and didn’t do my nails the way I wanted. However, I decided to give the salon a second chance because of its great reviews, although I’m honestly not sure why they’re so highly rated. The second time was much better because the technician was professional. Overall, it was a decent experience. I wouldn’t say it was the best, but it was fine. I went back a third time because I wanted a different service—a simple pedicure. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The technician wasn’t professional, even though it was just a basic pedicure. I’ve had much better pedicures at other salons. I only wanted regular nail polish on my toenails, but even that didn’t turn out well. The nail polish and top coat seemed old or dried out. The technician was applying the polish so poorly that I eventually asked to do it myself because she couldn’t apply it neatly. I also think she had trouble seeing clearly because she missed several spots when applying the top coat. To make matters worse, after only two or three days, the nail polish started peeling off. That’s very disappointing for such a simple service. At checkout, I chose not to leave a tip because I wasn’t satisfied with the service. Instead of accepting my decision professionally, they loudly said, “Oh, no tip??” in front of everyone. I found that very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Tips should be earned through good service, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel embarrassed or pressured for choosing not to leave one. I add that they tried to fix my experience after my review and they offered to give my money from the last pedicure service back.”

“This is one of the best if not the best nail spas I have been to. The service was amazing and the customer service was more amazing. They have such of an amazing team of ladies. My nails are so beautiful and I absolutely love them. This will definitely be my new nail spa. Keep up the great work ladies you’re Amazing. Another wonderful job Tammy and Trang. “I went for the first time about a week ago. First impression was that the place was pretty dated and felt a little dirty. Towels were pilling / old and my pedicure foot stand was broken in half. However, the woman who did my nails was extremely friendly so I left with a good impression. However, my gel manicure started lifting within 3 days and a week in a few are completely peeling off. Additionally, my pedicure is already chipped after one week when normally I can go weeks without chipping. I didn’t have time to go back and get fixed. I will not be going back unfortunately.”
