“I went to get my nails redone for the second time this month because the last nails didn’t even last a day without chipping. I walked into this place and asked if they do builder gel. They made me wait 30 min and this lady sat me down. She had never done builder gel before, so another lady told her how to do it. I got my old nails fully off first before she did the builder gel and added tips on 2 of my nails that were shorter. Two days later, I was on vacation and on of the tips broke off. The nails didn’t even last 2 days. Few days later, I walked into the salon to have the nail fixed. They told me to come back in an hour as if I didn’t have anything to do. I told her I couldn’t and that I could come back tomorrow. She said you’ll have to walk in and wait because we’re busy Friday. So you don’t prioritize your customers? I paid this much money and the nails don’t even last 2 days??? And your nail stylists don’t even know how to do the nails, yet you’re going to let them experiment on me?”

“Paid $131 just for my nails to not even last 2 weeks. I got my nails done 5/18 I noticed the next day one nail was already lifted and I hadn’t even done anything to lift them at all. And towards the end of this week they all are lifting and catching my hair under them and everything else and about to pop off. I know they typically do 3-4 weeks in but not even a week in they already were. Just very upset that I paid that much for this to happen. I did also get a pedicure as well. This is my second pedicure and haven’t really had an issue with the pedicure. Love getting pedicures from here definitely though! Thats why a 2 star but the price was just ridiculous for this to happen to the nails. I thought it was pretty good for both pedi and mani but the nails didn’t even last. Just very very upset about my nails :(”

“Absolutely hate my nails. I asked for funny bunny or milky white and they are white. The lady painted my nails horribly and uses the sharp, circular spinny instrument to get the nail paint off my skin and cuticles. My cuticles are cut up and red. For $60… I will not be back.”
