“I arrived right when they opened at 9AM for what should have been a simple fill-in. I had two broken nails that needed to be fixed, and I asked for the rest of nails to be cut shorter. I was shocked when they tried to charge me an extra fee just to shorten my nails during the appointment. What made the experience even worse was the amount of time it took. A basic fill-in lasted over two hours and I wasn't finished until after 11 keep in mind that I DID NOT get any design. Between the attempted extra charges and the excessive wait, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. The prices are okay I guess a fill in being $35.But would not recommend if you need your nails done ASAP or with precision . They have. GREAT PRICE RANGE and nail techs are more or less respectful. I do see this place being up & coming”

“You get what you pay for- literally. Did a regular mani and pedi came out to $35 but damn not only did she take a chunk out of my toe when doing the cuticles but very rough in general that after 3 days my nails are hurting from pain. Also for the manicure, she didn’t even go all the way to cover my entire nail she made a box. On top of that I asked for square shape and they are uneven. Wouldn’t go there again but if you want something quick then this the place.”

“I had a really disappointing experience at your salon. I came in for a French manicure, and within just four days, the polish was already peeling off. When I returned to have it fixed, one of the nail techs questioned where I got my nails done even though I had the bank transaction as proof. That was frustrating enough, but after the rushed fix, the polish started coming off again, and now the white tips look pale and poorly done. I expected a higher level of professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, this experience has made me consider taking my business elsewhere. Not every nail tech is professional, and sadly, this visit proved that.”
