“I don’t recommend this place. I got a full set and my nails started chipping off and breaking around 10 days. I even put the tip extension without keeping the long, just so they would last longer and that’s what I’ve always done. I spent almost $70 just to have my nails messed up so soon. I called the place and all she said is that sometimes some nails will not hold the gel. No solutions at all, but offered a new appointment for me to pay the a whole new set again.”

“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the manicure service I received today. The quality was unacceptable; my cuticles were poorly handled, resulting in bleeding in two areas. Furthermore, no alcohol or disinfectant was applied to the cuts. It is disappointing to see that while prices have increased, the quality of service has significantly declined. Given this experience, I will not be returning to your salon.”

“I got a pedicure and a fill. They told me to pick a color than proceeded to rush me to pick so I picked a random color. My pedicure was good, but for my fill I originally scheduled with Tammy, but they had someone new that told me she had only been working there two months. I had the color that I was rushed to pick out and after telling me multiple times that it was too sparkly for all my nails she told me she was going to do a solid color on all my other nails and only put the sparkles on my ring finger. I felt extremely pressured and thankfully the girl next to me recommended that I do just the solid color on the ring and the sparkles on the rest. The tech was not happy with this but she did it anyways. She then proceeded to charge me an extra $10 for the two colors after I only wanted one. She also did not let them dry long enough with the first coat and I had a bubble in my thumb that when I pressed on it polish came out from underneath and now it is just loose in the area and I am 99% positive it will chip in a day or two. Very disappointed because I saw a lot of good reviews and was hopeful I found my new salon. I was wrong... Edit: not even 6 hours later the stop layer chipped and the whole area that had a bubble is in the second picture… UPDATE: my other hand is chipping. It was fine when I woke up, I took a shower and they look like this immediately after…. Not even 24 hours later… I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve NEVER had this issue with gel..”

“I brought my daughter in to get a few nails fixed and they did such a good job. They gave her a full set. She explained exactly how she wanted her nails and they did it perfectly. They checked with her to make sure that she liked it every step of the way and made sure that she had a good experience. She absolutely loves her nails. They were very nice. I highly recommend them.”

“Tammy is amazing. She used my inspiration photo and made it come to life. I was so overdue for my nails. She was friendly and made sure each step I liked my nails. I found my new salon and so happy I gave them a chance! Thank youuuu. Last photo is my inspiration. The square nails are mine :)”
