“Wry disappointed. I’ve been a client, for many years, and was treated like trash when I returned the next day with two chipped nails. My tech was busy, so I was serviced by the owner, Cammie. The way that she removed my shellac was diabolical! She pushed on my nail towards my cuticle…HARD…which was painful. I immediately pulled away and screamed. She should have been removing my polish towards her to avoid pushing on my cuticle. Therefore, when the acetone was applied, it made it even worse! She asked my why it was stinging and I told her “it’s because of the way that you pushed on my cuticle”. II felt like her treatment was personal because the shop was really crowded and I was back for a repair. She really didn’t want to do it, but it needed to be taken care of because i was not going to be available agin for several days. I have been a client for MANY years and always tipped WELL!! Because of her behavior, I will not be back.”

“I’ve been a regular at this nail salon and absolutely adore Anthony, his work is always impeccable. However, I will not be returning due to the owner, Carrmie. Her rude and condescending attitude toward clients is incredibly off-putting. Unless you're wearing multiple Van Cleef bracelets and carrying a Chanel handbag, she treats you as if you're beneath her. Obviously she hasn't watched "Pretty Woman". Why would I carry my $9K Chanel bag at a nail salon? There are so many new salons opening, you'd think she'd value kindness and professionalism. Such a disappointing way to conduct business. Low class.”

“Great price, service, and my cat loved his head scratches with my new almond nails. $35 for a gel manicure and it took 45 minutes including the time to soak off my old gel manicure. Anthony was super chill and did an awesome job. Will definitely be back.”

“Extremely disappointed! Scheduled 3 appointments. Waited 40min for all three and then told only able to take one of us. What really got me after inquiring when they could take us 40 min after our scheduled appt. I was met with a poor attitude and disrespectful nature by the owner Cammie. I only wish we walked out at that time. We will not be back.”
