“I called to get a gel removal, and they said yes come in. I didn’t leave till 1hr later… for a 10-15min process? She made me wait and said few more minutes 2-3 times. Then when she finally put the acetone, I had to wait longer than usual again. Another lady came to remove the gel with a nail filer. She went onto my cuticles twice. It hurt and she didn’t even apologize. For one of my nails, she made a chip mark because she went in too deep with the nail filer. On top of all of that… the gel isn’t even removed completely from 5 of my fingers. This place was a waste of my time and damaged my nails. Would never recommend. They don’t value your time. Word of advice, please just say no over call if you don’t have time and can’t do something. You’ll have your peace of mind and so will others.”
