“The lady did bad job on my nails and was very mean last week at the Walmart Wilmington pike location she's the owner wife of that place I will not go there again and don't recommend that location to any one”

“I had not been yo this place ti get my nails done for a few years , I got an elderly lady , full set of nails , she was very very rough made two of my fingers bleed , she got 3 nails crooked and I told her 4 times the needed to be fixed and she refused she was adamant that it was just my fingers (really ? My fingers are not crooked she just did not want to take the time to fix it ! I tipped a good tip still but I would never go back to this place , my fingers are still very sore from how rough she was , not happy at all”

“I have been going here for years, and staff is aware of my blind mother with Alzheimer’s. Last time she went in the man doing her nails told her caregiver he was entitled to a larger tip becuase it was “a lot of work” among multiple eyerolls and sighs. This was extremely heartbreaking and I highly discourage anyone from giving their time/money to this establishment anymore.”

“This is the worst nail experience in my life my daughter can do a better job I spent 180 dollars at this place today for my daughter both medi and pedis just for my nails to come out like my daughter did them ! I am very disappointed”

“The owner is rude and glares at everyone constantly. He sat in a pedicure chair with his shoes off and slept for some of the time I was there. I wanted a fill in and cut down with square tips. The woman kept filing after I told her the corners were getting too round for me. She didn't listen. I had square nails when I walked in and showed her that it was the shape I wanted just shorter. The picture is as soon as I got home. You can see where they filed at the base of my nails even after the polish was dried. It looks like growth but it was just where she filed the polish off. I had been before this trip but I will not be going back. I guess it is okay if you need your nails done without an appointment but for me it is worth the planning to get what I want and what I am paying to get.”
