“This was my first time patronizing this establishment. I’ve heard good reviews and wanted to try it personally. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice gentleman who I assume was the owner. I asked if they had availability for a manicure and pedicure but had to wait a few minutes while the other techs were finishing with existing clients. As a walk-in, the wait wasn’t a concern. I was offered a beverage and food but only accepted a water. I was then escorted to their Reset Room, which has a wonderful massage chair. The chair was amazing—it massages all limbs, including your hands. My tech was Stella. She was nice, personable, and did a great job on both services. I wanted to support a black-owned business today and was extremely impressed with the great service. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this business.”
