“This review is not about Sara, who does amazing work. I have been coming to this salon for many years, from its first location to this one and always try to rebook when I cannot make it due to work. This salon just told me it does not have access to the phone or voicemail so if you want to book or rebook an appointment early in the morning, youre not able to do so. When I tried to rebook my appointment I left a message. Nobody called me back or acknowledged the message. I was called at the time of my appointment and I was met with attitude when i needed to rebook, then hung up on, when I called back my call was ignored, i was charged my full appointment, and when i asked why they brought up that I was a no show many years ago!! Years!!! Unfortunately, the customer experience is no longer there at this salon like it was many years ago when it first opened up.”

“I have been coming here for five years, so I’m really disappointed to be writing this. I booked an appointment for a basic French manicure with polka dots. Before starting, I specifically asked my nail technician if she could do the design, and she said yes. She completed my pedicure, but then told me she actually couldn’t do the French design and sent me back to the front desk to find another technician. At the front desk, I was told I would have to come back another day because not all of their nail technicians can do a French manicure. I explained that one of my nails was broken and asked if anyone could please help me that day since I had already booked the appointment and confirmed the design beforehand. I was simply told no. When I expressed how frustrating this was, I was told that if I wanted to complain, I could leave a Google review. I ended up going to Fresh Nail Spa down the street, and within minutes they had a technician helping me. They communicated with me throughout the appointment, fixed my broken nail, matched my French pedicure perfectly, and made sure I left happy. Their customer service was exceptional. It’s unfortunate that after five years I’m now looking for a new salon. Fresh Nail Spa may have gained a loyal customer because they stepped in when I was in a pinch and treated me with kindness and professionalism. Picture of design I was requesting, please note I brought in nail decals of the ladybug I bought off of Amazon.”

“I love this place. Hands down found “my” nail salon. I do gel powder which was recommended for me and I haven’t looked back since. My go to gem there is also Jack! Slays my nails every time no complains !!!!”

“I made an appointment with Kimberly today and was mistreated. I came in to get a sculpt gel refill and polished red, this is the same color I already had on my nails. Simple right? Well, I’m at her table waiting and waiting she comes over and I explained to her I just need a refill and the same color this woman just goes to the break room and tells the rep that she is uncomfortable doing my nails. Kimberly doesn’t speak English and nothing happened between us for her to feel that way. This is terrible service!!! Don’t go to this tech! Bad experience”

“I went here twice and disappointed each time so I won’t be returning. My pedicure is was done by a different nail tech and it came out great. I had a gel x mani with tip extensions so I was in the chair >2 hours. I asked for an almond shape but these look more long and oval. My cuteicles are clearly overflooded and dry looking. The gel x application itself looks lumpy/uneven in many parts and I did ask kindly for corrections. After asking the nail tech to fix my cuteicles she tried unsuccessfully and I wasn’t gonna ask multiple times. The first time I went here I had a regular gel mani (not pictured) that wasn’t fully cured so it was squishy and the paint was migrating.. I ended up removing it myself after a day. I know there are definitely some very skilled nail techs here but the salon itself should make sure their techs meet basic standards.. I asked for something pretty simple both times and it never felt worth the price. I spent $80 on this job here and still tipped 20% because the nail tech spent a lot of time on me and I understand that is a labor. But I can’t correct someone over and over if they just aren’t open to the client’s preferences or are too lazy to put out quality work.”
