“I finally found Hannah! Every time I asked about her, they kept telling me that she on vacation for long time. Honestly, I never believed that story, and now I know why. I finally found one of the best nail technicians in East Orange! Hannah is now working at Nails Fever & Spa on Main Street in the City of Orange. I knew it! There was no way someone as talented as her would just suddenly quit doing nails or leave the country like they claimed. If you’ve been looking for Hannah, you’re going to thank me for this review. What disappoints me the most is feeling like I was lied to instead of simply being told the truth. As a loyal customer, I believe honesty matters, and customers deserve better than being misled.”

“I visited this location twice after relocating to the area. The first time the nail came off the next day I went to my previous nail tech even though it was quite a distance because I didn’t trust them doing my nails anymore. I was pressed for time and went to the location to get my nails done again and it was the same thing however this time the color came off as well. I went there to fix my nail and the guy had an attitude when I showed him all the nails that needed to be polished. Don’t waste your time and money going here. I wish I could give a 0 out”

“I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The consistency is amazing — every manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten has been perfect. The staff remembers me and always greets me with a smile. The atmosphere is calm, never rushed or chaotic. I love how many color options they have, from trendy designs to classic shades. Prices are fair for the level of service you get. My nails always last weeks without chipping. This place feels like a little treat every time I visit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“So I've been going there for about a year now and from what I've seen, there's only 2 nail techs there that are actually good & really know what they're doing, everybody else I've tried there was actually horrible. I would actually give the two good ones 5 stars, and I wouldn't even give the rest of them 1 star. But since that's not possible, I averaged it out the best I could. But the two I'm going to talk about are so good that it's worth it to keep going just for them. They're Asian, are brother & sister and their stations are connected to each other. When you first walk in, theirs is the first 2 stations you see on the right hand side. Their booths are the only 2 that are turned to the side, all the other ones are facing the back of the salon. I've always went to the guy, only because that's just how it's always worked out. But I've definitely been lucky because people will call to book appointments with them specifically in advance, so I've heard them have to turn people away because they were booked for the rest of the day. So you're probably better off calling & trying to make an appointment with either of them. As far as artistic ability, I think they're both equal, the sister might have a littlee more experience though. I only say that because sometimes the guy I go to has asked her how to do a certain thing if he's never done it before, which is definitely a good thing rather than him ending up doing it wrong. Plus once she shows him, he's always able to get it pretty perfect right away. Unfortunately I don't pictures of most of the sets he's done for me, I think I only have 2 on this phone. But I'll attach whatever ones I can find. *side note: I've seen the older Asian lady who's in charge do pretty good designs on other people while I was there. However, it's really a hit or miss with her. My experience with her was bad.. she was really rushing & was pretty rude to me. An I guess she either didn't feel like it or didn't have time to do the ONE simple design I wanted on my ring finger of each hand, so she told this other lady to do it who didn't speak any English at all so I couldn't talk to or explain anything. I showed her a picture of what I wanted but she wasn't even able to get close. Then she asked a 3rd person to come over to try, but that person couldn't do it either! By then I was just really annoyed so I said forget it & to just paint that nail the same solid color as the other ones. It was extra frustrating for the simple fact that the original lady was absolutely capable of doing what I wanted done, she just didn't feel like it. So instead I had to go through all that extra BS for no reason! That's just totally insane in my opinion, the complete opposite of good customer service. So if you happen to go in at a time when the brother & sister aren't there or are booked, you could take your chances with that lady hopefully catching her on a good day, but definitely at your own risk.”
