“I am so happy I found this place and Thi! The salon is very clean and welcoming. Thi speaks English very well and is a very knowledgeable nail technician and owner! She finds out exactly what you are looking for, and if you sometimes have trouble deciding, she makes great suggestions! For my most recent visit, she even custom-made a color mixing 2 colors together and it was similar to a "chrome color" but less expensive! She also did the same for my daughter another time and saved our "custom colors" onto a display card. She even taught me how to have healthier nails! *** Updated 1/31/2026 ***** The new Creative Nails in Arlington Heights is now expanded and better than ever! It’s so clean, bright and decorated beautifully! They offer many services! Mike is an amazing nail technician and is very professional and can do any kind of nail art as well! Highly recommend! Don’t take my word for it- try them yourself! Right now there is 20% off special for grand-reopening!! ❤️💅🎉 I strongly recommend this salon, and the owner is even expanding and bringing in new salon services in the next couple months! I can't wait to see all of the new spa offerings in 2025! You will not regret making Creative One 1 Nails your only Nail Salon!! 😁”
“Not bad, not great. I asked for dip because I finally have grown out my natural nails. The tech ask if she could use the brush anmd ancrylic and I said sure but I like my nails thinner. They were too thick and I had to ask her to file them down. It felt rushed because there was another person waiting. She also filed them a bit crooked which is frustrating since these are my natural nails. Each nail has a different thickness. I also felt like she had me soak my nails in acetone for too long because she was doing a pedicure behind me. I liked how she cleaned up my cuticles though. Not the worst place I’ve been too but I don’t think I’ll be going back. This manicure was $50”
“I love getting my nails done here! They always make my nails look fantastic. Everyone is super nice and the online booking makes it really easy to make an appointment. I usually get acrylics, but I decided to try the Gel X and I really them so far (1st photo)— it was a quick and simple process to put them on and they can last longer. I will always recommend this place to anyone who wants a great manicure experience!”
“Went to this salon for my first time today and they did a great job! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they got it exact. Nice salon and overall great experience. Highly recommend ☺️”
“The nail salon was clean, but the staff was so rude. $70 dollars for a set of horribly done acrylic nails. I don’t mind paying that amount if my nails come out beautiful. I asked for almond and they gave me claws. They attempted to do their Cateye product on me and it failed them. The magnet wasn’t working and the result looked horrible. After an hour, they told me “let’s do something different, you like chrome?” Little did I know, the application would be terrible and enhance the horrible application of the acrylic itself. My nails were burning after. I don’t recommend this salon if you are trying to find a new one to go to. They didn’t refund me either. The attached photo speaks for itself….. DONT GO HERE”
