“They are very nice My mother and I are here currently . Before we came in we asked the gentleman that was sitting in the chair Could he come out side real quick Just to get a price check and he had no problem at all ^__^ , he told us the pricing which was very affordable for a French manicure , nails and toes combo We came in he gave us mask to accommodate us . The workers was very friendly as well asking my mother how is the water and was she comfortable not to mention the scenery is very relaxing and aesthetically appealing to my eyes I’m definitely going to come nd get my nails done from them when I get my money together for a treat for myself this was my mother trip . It makes me feel good that people may or may not know your different (lgbt+) but they still treat you with respect and friendliness. Would definitely recommend them.”

“YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME today!! . This was the first time being at cool nails salon. My usual nail tech was unavailable so i decided to go here. A male nail tech approach me I showed him what I liked and asked him if he could do it he claimed that he could which was a HUGE LIE. So as he’s doing my nails…he kept filing so much on one side to the point where My nails are crooked and bulky. Each individual nail is a different shape. Im explaining to him what i don’t like and instead of him fixing it he just kept telling me “it’s fine, ill fix it later”. Completely ignoring my requests and opinions. he attempted to do the design I requested however it was nothing like the picture and when I requested him to just do the same color instead of removing a previous color he painted on top of it. He appeared annoyed with my concerns of my nails and my request to change the design due to his incompetence. EVERYONE CAN TELL IT IS NOT EVENLY DONE. He should NOT BE doing nails. SEE PICTURES!!”
