“I waited almost an hr to be service by #11. I entered the building and there was a young child at the desk I signed in and told who I wanted to do my pedi. While sitting individuals entered and signed in after me. Tina sat this individual before me. A nice lady who was getting her nails done by #1 Tina’s husband keep telling them I was next. Eventually I was put in a pedi chair. I wait another 20 minutes for the tech I requested to be done with a service. Once she finished Tina moved her to another person. I stated Tina I have been waiting. For her. Tell replies that someone else was 1st. No ma’am check the sign in and that’s what the customer have been telling you. Her and the tech exchange words Tina tried to make me take a male tech. I said no got up and he says why. Because I did not request you or wait almost an hr. Now they start talking among themselves. The nice lady asked what happened I said she is trying to force a tech on me after everyone has told her I was next. Tina husband sits and says nothing. I once gave this place 5 stars but the last 3 ( this being the 3rd) has been horrible. As the crowd picks up they start rushing. What’s the purpose of having a sign in if you are not going to go by it.”

“I had my first visit today, and I was beyond impressed! The salon has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was spotless. The ladies were so sweet, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure, and they did an amazing job! The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and absolutely loving my nails. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a wonderful nail experience!”

“I have been going here for the last 6 months. Sam does a great job. But when I walk in and ask if he's available, they just put me with anybody. Every time i've gone generally, they do a good job and I always tip accordingly. This last time, though my nails came out great, but the lady did not trim them down as much as I would have liked.She didn't even ask. Then when they were ringing me up, initially, the charge for my builder gel nails was $55 but then I saw her go back and raise it to $60 I asked her why she raised the price. Because usually, I only get charged $55 but instead, she said she gave me ten per cent off, which normally happens after so many visits, so I feel like she charged me five dollars more, because she knew she was about to give me ten percent off. She was not the one who did my nail, so I still tipped my nail techs.accordingly but due to this price change at the last minute, I'm not sure I would go back. It would also be a nice touch if they ask you.If you want something to drink, even a water or a soda, but they never do a some nail places do. But that is not a deal breaker.”

“Modern, clean, and friendly staff. I am now a new customer. Ben did an amazing job on my natural almond nails. He was very pleasant and accommodating to my wants. Such an amazing first impression!!! I will be back and plus they’re one of the few nails salon open on Sundays in the area. They’re located next to wingstop in a very convenient area off of Watson.
