Mia was able to see me, reshaped my nails, and did an amazing job with the purple cateye. She was very gentle with my nails and detail oriented, ensuring I was satisfied with the new color. “I’ve visited Chantilly Nail Spa twice, and unfortunately, both times I left with my fingers bleeding. My first visit was mostly positive: the pricing was reasonable, and the polish lasted well. However, the technician accidentally cut my cuticle. While it was painful, she at least applied antiseptic before continuing. I chalked it up to a one-time mistake and decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, my second visit was worse. I had a different technician this time, and there were multiple miscommunications during the appointment, including around the type of polish and the nail shape I requested. During cuticle care, she also cut me, but this time did not disinfect the wound—just dabbed at it with a paper towel before continuing, which felt unhygienic. There were also issues with the polish application. She bumped my nails while curing, ruining two of them, and had to file them down and reapply the polish. The final result was uneven and thin, with my natural nail still visible in parts even under a dark color. Sadly, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to others. Cutting a client once may be an accident—twice feels like a pattern.”

“Mia is Amazing!! I get acrylic full sets with gel and she does a fantastic job each and every time. She takes great care to make sure your nails will last and I've never had any damage either. Her art is also beautiful and I appreciate the hard work she puts into it. The facility itself is clean, well lit, and spacious with a wide variety of colors to choose from. Chantilly Nail Spa is definitely my go to spot now for any nail and beauty services!”
