“I've been going here since they opened for pedicures. I have not had a problem until yesterday that was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. First of all, I had to call 3 times before anybody picked up the phone. Then the nail tech had the water absolutely scalding hot. I had to ask her twice to cool it down. She used the nail gun to remove the old shellac off my toes, but then she started going over my bare natural nail with the same metal drill bit and felt like burned all my nails. I had to say "ow" audible multiple times because she was being way too rough and going way too deep with the tools. The hot rock massage she kept running the rocks over and over on the boney parts of my ankles where it's skin on bone. The finished product the paint is sloppy, the nails are cut crooked and to different lengths. I sent my daughter pics when I got home and she said it's so horrible I should go back and ask for a refund. So this morning, with my nails still hurting from her going over my bare nail with the nail drill and digging with the nail tools, I walk in and immediately recognize the manager (I think he might actually be the owner) and told him what had happened, that my toes still hurt, how awful they look, and that it was the worst pedicure of my life. I told him I have been coming here and would like to come back, but I want a refund for the horrible experience. He said their policy is not to do refunds, and the best he could do is a $10 gift card. Seriously. Then he proceeded to tell me it's just like a restaurant and that restaurants don't give refunds - which is totally false. Restaurants comp food ALL THE TIME for bad service. I told him I could have chosen to post on social media and I did not. He told me again they don't do refunds and the nail tech deserves to be paid. If he wants to pay his nail techs for hurting customers and doing crappy work he can chose to do that, but I don't want to pay for it. I told him if thats his final position on it I would never be back again. He said it was and I turned to leave and then he asks for my name so he knew which nail tech did it. I turned back around right before walking out and said "You don't care enough to refund my money but you want to know what tech treated me horribly?" Then walked out the door. Forever. In a service industry where I come back repeatedly for something and you want to stand on a policy not to refund folks for bad service because you want to pay your nail tech who treated your customer horribly is incredibly short sighted. You lost my business, my daughter, and my best friend. All he had to do was comp my $45 pedicure and I would have gone back and just made certain I never got her again. And the pain I experienced had absolutely nothing to do with the length of my nail. It was how hot she had the water, using a metal drill bit on my bare natural nails, being way to rough and going way to hard with the metal tools, and repeatedly going over my ankle bones with the hot rocks. It is also her job to ensure my nails are all straight at the end. I hope the damage to my nails is not permanent. They still hurt. I will never be back.”

They also run specials on a regular basis. The manager does a good job making sure you have a good experience. But, what made me a regular customer is Valerie. She is meticulous on both mani’s and pedi’s and will make sure your nails look perfect.”
