“I had a very disappointing experience at Cascade Nail and Salon. I arrived at what I believed was my 12:00 p.m. appointment and waited about 45 minutes just to be seen. After already having to reschedule once, this was very frustrating. When someone finally came to help me, I was told they didn’t have the lashes for my volume wispies or any other lash options. That means I waited all that time for nothing. It felt very unorganized and inconsiderate of my time. Overall, the experience was a complete waste of time, especially after already rearranging my schedule once. I would not recommend getting lashes done here if you expect timely service or clear communication.”

I have not yet been disappointed they really want you to leave happy and even more confident before you walked through that door….. they are all so easy to talk to and understanding”

Angela and Vanessa did an amazing job and they took their time to make sure I like my nails (shape and design) I also got the Spa Pedicure and it was RELAXING! Vanessa ate down with the design, I was really happy with my nails and the service. Just make sure to have enough time to be at the salon for a long time.”

“My experience was so good! Selina did an amazing job on my lashes and eyebrows. I will definitely come back every month, and Jenny did an amazing job on my nails. To be honest the prices are a little expensive but it’s definitely worth it, and I have no problem paying so much for an amazing job that they both did!”
