“I was supposed to have a clinician bring the medication to my house last week and no one ever showed up. I then called to see what had happened and was told that the medication never arrived, and I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager. I then called back the next day and was told that a manager would contact me by 12pm and no one contacted me again. I then called back and called back to see what was going on and was told that it should arrive that day and or the next day. I called the following day and was told to wait till Wednesday next week. I called on Tuesday to confirm that the medication was going to be delivered by the clinician on Wednesday and was told that they were going to arrive between 12-2PM. Once again no one showed up so I called to see what had happened. I was then told by a manager that the nurse that was supposed to deliver the medication, is not picking up, but I should receive the medication this week. The manager had informed me that he would contact me later on Wednesday to schedule the appointment and he never called back. I called today’s 10AM to see what was going on and was told that a manager would contact me again. Seems like these people do not know what they are doing and do not care about their clients.”

“We have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive a very important medication. They keep saying that it will be delivered tomorrow, then that the snow delayed delivery, then that they had a power outage. I just called again to get information and was told that there’s nobody to help me. I asked for a manager and there were none available. This is a very poorly run business.”

“This pharmacy is amazing, the people that work there really cared and were very knowledgeable. Also my medication was 3 times cheaper than Walgreen's pharmacy. I would Highly recommend. I forgot the best part was that they delivered my medication straight to my front door so I didn't even have to leave my house. 2 Thumbs up for me.”
