“I made an appointment with Bianka for a full set of of lashes she offered me a fill instead which I should’ve declined but I went anyways when I arrived for my appointment she did not clean my lashes beige she started which was a second red flag but I didn’t say anything the next morning I woke up with my eyes bloodshot red and swollen and for a few days after that by the 5 th day almost all my lashes had came out and I noticed some hard crusty stuff in the lashes I sent her a picture and she informed it could be build up or lash glue that cured to fast . She never offered to fix all of the lashes that fell out. She only offered for me to come in so she could take a look and tell me if it was glue or buildup on my lashes very unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism and un cleanliness of this appointment if I could give a no star review, I absolutely would. If I could put pictures. I absolutely would . Worst experience ever . Ladies beware when getting your lashes done from people with a little to no experience”
