“Updating my review!: After my initial visit, the salon reached out directly to make things right, which I truly appreciated. That level of customer care speaks volumes. I returned and had my nails redone, and the new design completely made up for my previous experience — it absolutely wowed me. Kristen took my inspiration photo and added creative touches that blew me away. She was kind, checked in throughout the process to make sure I liked the design, and truly went above and beyond. Even the polish change on my toes turned out beautifully — they were properly filed and shaped this time. This visit was a complete turnaround from my first experience. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds matters most. Brandon Nails took my concerns seriously and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. I left extremely happy and grateful for the care and accommodation. 5 Stars for outstanding customer service and making it right. ⸻ I visited this nail salon to get my nails done for an upcoming cruise. I truly appreciated that they were able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment to fix nails that were originally done at another salon. The nail technician was very kind; however, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome of both my nails and toes. I specifically asked for something fun and eye-catching that would represent a cruise vacation, and I showed an inspiration photo. Unfortunately, the final result was plain white nails with a light layer of glitter—nothing close to the inspiration provided. I was told the design I wanted could not be done because the inspiration nails were encapsulated. While I understood that encapsulated nails weren’t an option, I asked for an alternative using multiple colors of glitter. I was told the only option available was a single glitter layered on top, which felt very limiting and lacked creativity or effort to meet my request. Additionally, I received a polish change on my toes, but my toenails were not shaped at all. This was surprising, as every salon I’ve been to includes nail shaping with a polish change. When I asked about it, I was told nail shaping is not included with that service. I also asked to speak with a manager but was informed the manager would not be back until Monday. To make matters worse, the overall environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I came to the salon expecting a relaxing experience, but instead was subjected to employees speaking loudly on speakerphone, using profanity, and discussing personal matters with friends that I did not want or need to hear while receiving a service. Overall, while I appreciated the same-day accommodation and the technician’s kindness, the lack of quality, creativity, professionalism, and customer care left me very disappointed. I will not be returning.”
