“I have gotten a regular manicure here, which is always well done no matter who does it. However, it is clear that I am of much less interest due to not getting higher priced services. Today I ended up leaving 20 minutes after my appointment when several people came in after me and were taken first. I asked several people for help and was ignored - this after having a standing appointment for months. Not acceptable.”

“The staff's demeanor seemed less than welcoming, and their concern for the customer appeared lacking. I was not entirely satisfied with the French tips applied to my nails. Despite my requests for adjustments, the staff member expressed frustration, stating that " I am not a print machine, they will not look prefect". She used to do a good job with regular podwer dip. But It seemed that achieving the French tip style proved challenging. If she had told me that I would have done the plane syle. When I inquired about a possible reapplication with a discount, I was informed that the full price would be charged. Now, I have to seek out another place that values its customers.”

“The lady did my nails so fast that she did not even take the time to file them nice. The particles of the dip were all over my fingers, and I had to say something to her in order for her to remove them from the tip of my fingernails. I definitely will never come back to this place the customer service there was so rude. The lady was fighting with another lady about my nails, or about me complaining, I’m nit sure exactly because they weren’t speaking English. Very disappointed for the price I just paid!”
