“I have been a customer of Amy’s for quite some time now. My nails always look great. However, I came in to the salon for a pedicure, and to have the dip removed from my fingers nails and have them cut. Amy was busy, so I took the technician that was available at the time. I am saddened that to have the dip removed (and Bliss put it on my nails), and my finger nails cut, mind you, no manicure, no polish, cost $30. To me that is outrageous.”

“not bad at all! was a bit disappointed. i had very high hopes. the pedicure was great but the polish chipped away very quickly. and i super recommend if your getting a pedicure or basic nail design. i got acrylics. application was good but many nails weren’t evenly shaped. one shorter, one longer, one thicker, or thinner, etc. very sweet staff and clean environment tho!! my nails came out looking nothing like the inspiration picture. the man that did my nails said he didn’t have many charms and worked out other ideas with me. i don’t know if all of them are like this but my nail tech didn’t do the 3d flower like the inspo pic. he just put a sticker. which i didn’t mind but the stickers weren’t even or centered. the gold gems they gave me turned silver quickly and the stickers peeled off in three days. it was a bit overpriced. i paid $156 total. 36 for a reg pedi (not bad) and 120 for the mani. side note, they said they had complimentary drinks but did not offer me any. idk if that’s bc i’m only 18 (not 21,) but i would’ve loved a hot tea or something non-alcoholic 🥹. i don’t recommend for acrylics. but it’s great for pedicures or basic manis.”

“Absolutely horrible - extremely over priced compared to others , especially when it comes to any design. But my main point is - My daughter and I both got pedicures and nails - my daughter got gel polish on both her toes and nails and BOTH are completely off already. She has always gotten gel polish and it always has lasted at least 3 weeks and she has been getting gel since she was 2 years old. We have already been back once (3 days ago) due to 4 of her nails already coming off or lifting on the sides - now here we are again and her nails are completely off. They didn’t even last a week!!! Her toes are completely off as well - pictures included. Then my nails they are thick in certain areas and thin in other areas - it’s like my nails do waves with the gel - they were never sanded down evenly at all. Left completely dissatisfied and extremely mad at a few things that went on. An absolute waste of money and horribly done. ** REPLY ** We got our nails done February 17th. I left this review - you replied February 27th. That is 2 weeks - not 3 weeks. And these pictures I posted were after we already came back once to get them fixed. My daughter did not pick at her nails, never has. We get our nails done all the time at another salon and her nails always last around 2 and a half to 3 weeks, not 2-3 days later. That is ridiculous. Also, you have stated nothing about my nails not being sanded down properly and have been left with waves throughout my nails. I don’t appreciate how you are trying to turn and point the issue like it is my fault - I never “changed” my design - I took things OUT from the picture I showed to make it cheaper (which also makes it EASIER on the technician) I did not make anything harder, I did not change to a whole different design “multiple” times. None of that. And even though I took things out it didn’t make it any cheaper because all you did was then add money elsewhere for “this or that”. But again, no this review wasn’t left over 3 weeks ago or even 3 weeks ago when you were able to reply back 2 mark date.”

“I had such a great experience here! The salon is beautiful, clean, and has such a calm, relaxing vibe. The staff were so friendly and even offered me something to drink, which was such a nice touch. I got acrylic nails and an eyebrow tint, and both turned out amazing! My nails are exactly how I wanted them, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. I’ll definitely be coming back!! So glad to have found this place! Definitely check them out.”
