“Jasmine was phenomenal. She is easy-going, kind and listened to what I wanted in a haircut. If you want curtain bangs and Sabrina Carpenter layers, Jasmine is your stylist! She also gives a great scalp massage during the wash. The spa itself is gorgeous and smells lovely. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!”

“I was in conversation with Robin to book a group for a bachelorette party. From the beginning she was very short in her messages and not forthcoming with information. I originally thought we would have 10 people to which she voiced no concern, and a week later I sent her the requested services and let her know we had an unexpected addition. After radio silence for a week I sent a follow up message and she responded saying the group was too large with no further information. I pushed multiple times for an explanation and finally she told me it would be $250 for groups over 10 which I would have been willing to pay but she did not give me the option. Also worth noting that the online booking for both massages and facials showed they were wide open on our requested day. Overall very disappointed with the lack of communication and it was clear they just didn’t want to take on a bachelorette party, so it would have been nice if she just told me that from the beginning.”

“I’m surprised they even have that many stars. The staff is extremely rude. I showed (CRISTY) pictures of what I wanted and she told me there was no way I was gonna get to that tone which I fully understood. She showed me pictures of what she could do instead, and I agree Well my hair looks exactly the same. She charged me $300 when I called and asked to talk to a manager about what had happened the manager was extremely rude and even hung up on me. First picture of before second picture is of after….. Christie didn’t even dry my hair even though I paid for my service went out of the salon with crazy wet hair and said she had another appointment after me not worth $300 of service. Worst service I have ever had !!!!!!!!”

As for the spa itself, everyone I’ve met here is wonderful. The art by Duy Huynh has spoken to me every single time I’ve been here and I will definitely be purchasing these prints online. It always smells so good & the interior decorating & music is spot on for the feeling you would want a day spa to bring. I enjoyed the infrared (dry heat) sauna for 30 minutes today and felt like I was sweating out all my stress. What a wonderful place with such admirable employees. Thank you - Your loyal customer ”
