“I went in with the expectation that a regular mani would last about a week. It was Tuesday and my daughter’s wedding was the following Sunday. Karli did not prep my nails. No soak, no cuticle removal, or base coat. She trimmed and filed the nails but they did not have any uniformity. They were all different lengths and shapes. The polish and top coat didn’t last 48 hours and looked terrible. I made sure to wear rubber gloves for dishes and anything that would put them at risk of chipping. I had to remove what was left of the polish at the wedding destination. My friend also had this nail tech and experienced the same result. The tech was polite.”
