“Yet again, very disappointed with my recent experience. About 1.5 years ago, I had an issue with Cindy when my regular stylist was unavailable. She sprayed and flattened my hair in a way that completely ruined it right before my niece’s reception, and I was very upset. This time, when making my appointment for root touch up and hair cut, I specifically mentioned that previous experience. Despite that, I was still booked with Cindy and nobody informed me ahead of time that her pricing was substantially higher than the posted salon prices. After the service, I was charged much more than expected and was told it was because Cindy is a “senior stylist” who charges $100 just for a haircut. That information should have been clearly communicated before the appointment started, especially since I had concerns going in. Customers deserve transparency about pricing and should be listened to when they express concerns about a previous experience.”

“This review is LONG overdue, but Rachel A seriously deserves all the hype. She’s honestly amazing at what she does—like when I say she works magic, I’m not even exaggerating. She’s super honest and will tell you exactly what your hair needs, not just what you think you want, which I really appreciate because she actually cares about keeping your hair healthy. My hair is really dark, and getting the perfect blonde can be tricky, but she absolutely nails it every single time. The color comes out exactly how I want it without damaging my hair, which is huge. You can tell she really knows her craft and takes her time to get everything right. On top of that, she makes the whole experience so comfortable and easy. I literally don’t know why I ever go anywhere else—lesson learned, I’m sticking with her from now on!!”
