“I’ve been coming here every 2 weeks for 3 months and service has been really good, James was having a bad day or something. He did not apply my discount, and he charged me $45 for a hand and toe polish which is $40 on the website and what I was quoted when I called in. He didn’t even want to paint my whole nail and cut my natural nails uneven, last time he cut 2 of my fingers. It was by far a strange encounter this time. If I come back I will not be seeing him”
