Belle Vista Nail Studio - Londonderry

“I recently went to Bella vista due to their high ratings but left more than disappointed. I will give credit where credit is due. I was walk in and wanted a full set with a 4th of July design, they said they could squeeze me in. I made sure that was okay because I didn’t want to overwhelm them. They insisted it was fine. I was place with a gentleman with red hair who was either in a very bad mood or just out right rude. I asked for a simple design with red white and blue stars and asked if he could put a small hot dog on the ring finger. He said no to the hotdog and did not give me a reason as to why he couldn’t do it. During the whole process he was just plain rude. Of my hasn’t wasn’t perfectly still he’s jerk it to “let me know” to relax instead of just simply telling me. I put my hand in the LED dryer and it wasn’t drying my nails. I mentioned it to him and he scoffed and shook his head and angrily said “you need to put you hand in the entire way” mind you I’ve had my nails done many of times and it was indeed in the entire way. I have never once experienced an issue like this while getting my nails done until here. Regardless if I was in the wrong there was a certain way to go about this professionally. Moving on, it has been not even a week and one of my nails is broken. I’m looking at the design in my nails and all of the stars are warped and you can see where he wiped paint off to make a new star. After this was over I went to the counter to pay. I was not going to leave him a good tip because of how uncomfortable he made me (mind you I am a server and know how important tipping is) upon paying I found out that the tip is already included which explains his nasty behavior. I will not be returning. 85 dollars for jacked nails is not worth it.”

They pay close attention to detail which is huge for me because I am a perfectionist! They are professional and very sweet! 10 out of 10 every time!”

“My mother has been here a few times before and recommended it, so me, my mom, and my sister went a few days ago for a girl's nail day! I could see why my mother loved this nail studio so much. Everything was clean, and the atmosphere was very calming. My technician was Nancy who was amazing. She was so nice and didn't judge me for my fingers that were in rough shape from biting and picking. She suggested a good nail shape to help my fingers look longer, and then even elevated the color I picked by suggesting and applying a glimmery coat on top. Everything was thoughtful and I never felt rushed. I have nothing negative to say even if I was looking to nitpick. My family will be return customers for sure. I highly recommend if you're looking for a nail salon to come visit this location.”

“My daughter and I had a wonderful experience getting pedicures, and I also had dip nails done. The service was relaxing and very detail-oriented, and my nails came out absolutely beautiful. The pedicure was thorough and soothing, and the dip nails were done perfectly with great care. I’ve been looking for a new nail place so I don’t have to drive over an hour to get my nails done, and Nancy did not disappoint. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves!”

“Let me start by saying this is a good place for men and women. Yes guys this is a legit place to go alone or with your partner for a great experience. Had a pedicure from Nancy and it was probably the best one I've ever had. Appointment was a few minutes early and she got right to it. Water temp was perfect. Massage chair is a nice touch there's even a place to charg your phone. She offered a mani which I didn't need but will get in the future. Bwasnt pushy just offered. No pain, great work and an overall uplifting experience. Definitely a place you should check out”
