What people are saying

“I was really happy until I got home and realized she left my middle, fourth, and little toenails quite long with sharp corners (both feet). I specifically asked her to NOT leave any sharp corners. I have nail damage from my stupid podiatrist's botched ingrown toenail surgery last December and big lateral slices only halfway grown out. I'm just trying to grow these poor toenails out. I got polish last time and I just want to leave them alone and let the damage grow out. II asked for toenails to be cut only. No polish removal and short with NO SHARP CORNERS OR EDGES. I could not understand anything she said so no surprise she was baffled by my unusual request, but she called over the Anglo receptionist who seemed to assure her, albeit in English. No joy. I'll have to go back and there is absolutely no time for that. I'd fix them myself if I could. Can't. That's why I go to a salon. Manicure is perfect.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I told the technician before we started that I had an injury on one corner of my finger and asked her not to squeeze that area. Despite reminding her multiple times, she continued to squeeze it, causing me pain throughout the appointment. The quality of the nails was also very poor. The application was careless, especially around the corners, and the gel was applied far too thick, making the nails look bulky and uneven. Overall, the finished result was not neat or professional. I’ve had my nails done many times, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. I expected more care, especially after explaining my injury. Unfortunately, I left in pain and unhappy with both the service and the final result. To make matters worse, I paid $75 for a service that was far below my expectations. For that price, I expected much better attention to detail and respect for my concerns. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.”

“I always enjoy my experience at Bella Nails. Everyone is so friendly and it feels welcoming. I’ve been going to Lynn for a few years and I adore her, she does such a great job on my nails and always helps me pick the right color. I love Viv and Pam too!!”

“This place is TERRIBLE. And extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived to my appointment on time, that I made a few days ahead of time. I wanted a gel polish change on my nails. About 15 minutes into the service they made me get up and move to a different person. I guess someone else came in and wanted the person who was working on my nails? Never in my life have I been moved around like that especially when I had an appointment and was on time for it. I was shocked. The next person I was passed off to was so incredibly rude I still can’t rationalize it. First, she criticized my nails. After she was almost done she was disgusted that my nails were my real nails and not fake tips and acrylics? How is your job to do nails and you can’t even tell a REAL nail from a FAKE nail. I am constantly complimented on my nails, people are shocked they are real because they are so healthy and nice looking. She then said they are too long??? I’ll post a picture and you can decide for yourself if they are too long. I told her what color I wanted. I said I wanted a bright red and gave her the number on the sample. When she brought it over and started painted my nails she looked at me disgusted and said “you said you wanted red, this is orange” and I said “no, this is red. I want a bright red, not a deep blue toned red. This is what I want”. I never asked for her opinion. Clearly she did not like the color but that’s not her job. I posted a picture, you can tell me if the color is red or orange. Guess she never learned if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. At the end, my nails were sticky. She didn’t wipe them off so I said something and asked if they could be wiped down. This has happened to me before at this location so I always check now. She didn’t believe me so she checked for herself and it pissed her off that I was right. At this point I had already decided I’m never coming back here. Finally, they charged me $50 for a gel polish change. No manicure, no design, no shaping, nothing. I am normally charged $25 to $30 for the same service anywhere else. Absolutely do not support this business. It is not appropriate to treat your customers with such distain and rudeness for no reason! I was nothing but punctual and cordial to them.”

“Sophie is fantastic! She can also do really awesome nail art upon request which isn’t very common in Bozeman. Whenever I get my nails done by Sophie I receive so many compliments!”
