“Very rude owner Even though I made an appointment I had to wait over 40 minutes for my service. This happened more than once so I found a much better nail salon around the corner. A1 salon has very friendly technicians and the manicures and pedicures are far superior!”

“This was my first time coming here, and it will definitely be my last. I came in five days ago, and my nails are already lifting, causing damage and even making my fingers bleed. I only wanted a basic acrylic set with classic French tips, but the technician couldn't do them properly. The French tips were crooked and uneven, so I asked if she could just do a regular French instead. She then tried to charge me an extra $15, even though that fee wasn't listed on their website. Overall, it felt like they cared more about making money than providing quality service or ensuring customer satisfaction”

“My first time here, i’m never coming back. I came in just for a regular pedicure, but later decided i also wanted to get acrylic on my hands aswell. I told the nail lady and they pressured me into getting “builder gel.” I asked them what it was and they tired to seem every convincing about how good of a product it is. I asked how much the TOTAL was going to be for BOTH the pedicure and the builder gel and she said $72. I asked for regular french tip and every tip is a different shape and width. As i’m going to pay, the man at the front tells me my total is $132, when I was originally told it was $72 for BOTH. I tap my card 5 times because it kept declining, I have the money on my card and i’m able to pay for the service. I asked the man if there’s any other way I could pay for it every nicely, and he proceeded to respond in a rude manner putting the blame on me. He told me to figure it out with a mean tone. I can in with my best friend and her nails also came out bad, we spent 4 hours in there, theres NO reason our french tips should come out crooked. The lady who was doing my friends pedicure was also very rude and said, “If you want to do the ultimate pedicure it’s going to take so much time, I would just do the regular” and then she proceeded to roll her eyes multiple times. The lady also said that she couldn’t do my friends nail dip because she was busy. She was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME my friend was getting her nails done by some else.”

“I decided to try and new nail place today and went to Bella as a walk in. The gentleman fit me in and did my nails himself. He managed the salon perfectly, while also taking his time to make sure my nails were done with precision. I love the way my nails turned out and enjoyed my experience. I would come back again!”
