“I had my nails done with gel polish. Went back to have it removed and repolished and they completely messed up my long nails that used to be strong and great looking. Now my nails split and chip and won't grow back out I wouldn't recommend having your nails done here they will just mess up your natural nails.”

“Be Pampered is an amazing nail salon! I called yesterday evening asking if they had any open availability around 4:30 pm for the next day and they were so kind on the phone and worked with me to get me in! I told them I was getting an acrylic full set and that I will be getting a cheetah print design and asked if anyone could do that. The guy at the front desk made sure I got someone who could do that for me. When I arrived on the day of my service, I arrived 30 minutes early and they were able to get me right in! Nina is the best ever! She was able to do these nails for me with no problems what so ever! The shape and length was exactly what I wanted and she matched my inspiration picture exactly! I highly recommend this nail salon and if you love designs, ask for Nina! :)”

“The most disappointing pedicure service I've ever received. Sat around and waited for close to 45 min after I was told that a technician was finishing up another client. The foot tub was emitting a strong bleachy smell. The pedicure work itself was very unsatisfactory. I had to tell the technician a couple of times to reshape the nails. In the end, my toenails were left uneven, rough, and scratchy. The nail polish was caked on so thick and lumpy that I had to remove it immediately after and smooth over the scratchiness. The technician's tools didn't seem to be sanitized between clients. They were just hanging on the sides of the tool bag. The only tool that came out of a "sanitized" packet was a foot brush which was used to make a couple of passes over my toes. Useless action. By the end of it all, I was so irritated that I just wanted to run out. Never going back to this place and sending out a word of caution to anyone who might be considering going there - save yourself the irritation and waste of money, and the likelihood that you would have to finish the job yourself.”

“I had ms. Mary, she did exactly what I asked for and shaped my nails so perfectly. Was very tedious in paying attention to whatever detail I looked at, she was wonderful just over all! Thank you!”

“We stopped in for basic pedicures. 3 of us. They assured us there was only a 5 minute wait. I was started on pretty quickly, my daughter AFTER I was done and my sister after my daughter all by different people, so that was super misleading but we were trying to be patient. Then the experience was less than stellar and they nickle and dime you for everything. I ended up paying 133.00 for two basic pedicures without the basic luxuries. Peep my fresh out of the chair pedicure...just beware”
