“I am very disappointed to write this review because I was a loyal customer for months and always recommended this salon to my friends. My last two dip manicures were not good. Both times, my nails started peeling, cracking, and falling off less than two weeks after my appointment. I gave the salon another chance and came back to fix them, but a few days later the same problem happened again. When I called to ask if I could get a new manicure instead of another repair, Kenny was not helpful. He told me they would only fix them again and would not offer any other solution. When I explained that I already came in for a repair and the problem was still happening, he hung up on me. I am sad because I really liked this salon before and recommended it to many people. However, this experience was very disappointing, and I no longer feel like they care about their customers.”

“I’ve been coming here for years and always schedule with Anna. I recommend anyone to book with her. She is super busy for good reason. She treats everyone like king and queen and she does quality work. She doesn’t rush and is very careful. She’s also very personable and just a really good person. Because of her, I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Beyond disappointed. I paid $80 for a pedicure and hard gel manicure and tipped $10, expecting professional-quality work. Within just a few days, the hard gel chipped off four fingers, which should never happen with hard gel. The shape is the worst I’ve ever seen, crooked, uneven, and none of the nails look the same. The surface is bumpy. Even worse, my natural nails broke underneath, leaving them catching on everything and forcing me to wait a month for them to grow out and restart. For the price paid, this result is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon”

I got a full acrylic set with chrome for just $56—and it turned out so good! The whole appointment took less than an hour, and the tech worked so quickly and painlessly. Everyone at the salon was so kind and welcoming too. Honestly, I don’t know how they don’t have way more glowing reviews. I’ll definitely be coming back! 👍😍”
