Aurora Nails

“If I could give zero stars, I would I called before coming to make sure that I could get a full set and a couple nails popped off. I arrived when I said I would be there. I get sat down. There’s one other Client in there. I get sat down at table 4 she begins, taking my nails off and filing my nails and getting them ready for a fresh set. She then stops when a woman walks in speaks her language to the other employees then looks at me and says can you wait for a little bit? I have a customer that I have to take care of so could you wait for about 2025 minutes and I’m like are you kidding me? I called this is why I called. I’m like no absolutely not and I got up and I walked out. That was the poorest service I have ever seen in my life from a Nail Tech. I was baffled that I couldn’t even leave the parking lot without writing this review because I was that frustrated that I just drove 40 minutes after calling to be told to sit for 25 minutes while you work on someone that just walked in that didn’t even have an appointment very unprofessional and the Better Business Bureau needs to be shutting them down because their customer service is poor. They’re cleanliness is disgusting. They use the same file on multiple customers no good. And this is how I now have to walk around with my nails until I can find time to come all the way to vestal again!!! Sad real sad 😔”

“I got an acrylic fill with chrome powder which was advertised as $20 and I was charged $45 not including tip. I understand up charging for chrome, but even when getting a fill with only polish no design or additions I was charged $40, their prices are false advertisement. The air bubbles made my nails look like they had a pattern so I requested they fix it and they did redo the nails but used an entirely different chrome and even after saying something they didn’t use the original color. Three days later and my nails are so thin and literally crumbling apart and the chrome is coming off in chunks. I got them done three days ago and my nails have never looked worse. I called to complain and was spoken to rudely and when asked for a refund it was denied, I was offered to come in to get it fixed but it is truly ridiculous that they think I would go back to them after they’ve already messed my nails up twice. Go here if you want nails that last 3 days and look atrocious! Customer service is horrible and nails are even worse.”

“I took the girls here for a bday treat. They had a blast. The nail artists are very good and very nice. I enjoyed my Pedi. The hot stone was awesome. The price is reasonable and the people who worked there were very nice and professional! We will be back”

“This was my first time coming to aurora nails and I will not be back. The staff was polite however I called and made an appointment for 5:00 I didn’t get in the seat until 6:15!!!! The first nail they touched they cut me, and after that cut 3 more of my fingers by the end of my appointment I had 4 fingers bleeding. My nails are not even close to being even this was just such a terrible experience. They only apologized for cutting one finger and completely ignored the other fingers they cut.”
