What people are saying

“I was late. I was told myapplication. was at 2 arrived at 1:45 they said your late. I had dip on natural nails July 7th. Driving to Alabama for a wedding on July 9, 2 nails chipped. I filed them down. On the way back yesterday another chipped. My nails normally stay nice looking for 3 weeks. This is the first time here.”

“Been going here for a long time. I (always make an appointment) and the last 4 times I have sat 15 to 30 minutes waiting for my person to start my pedicure. Then they gave me someone else that did't know what they were doing. probably going to find somewhere else.”

“Husband and I went to get a quick pedicure before vacation. We didn’t need or want any upgrades, just a basic pedicure and those ladies got so mad that we didn’t upgrade they cut both our toe nails so short like they were trying to hurt us, mine toe ended up bleeding and husband stopped his lady and had to yell at her to stop because she was hurting him. I’ll never go here again. Then they got mad when we didn’t tip more than $5 each!!! Unbelievable, lost 2 good customers”

“I walked in to get my nails done for my birthday. I came first thing in the morning, the open sign was on. There were two employees, One of them told me to sit at Booth 7. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, She said it was called ombre and she did not do that style. I showed her another picture that I also liked, She didn't say anything but grabbed my hands and started filing my nails. In the middle of putting my acrylics on, She answered the phone and said her name was Maria, she was very rude to whoever was calling about having a party come in for manicures and pedicures. She made me very uncomfortable. One of my fingers was smashed as a child so the nail grows different and she acted disgusted when she put the tip on it. She told me to rinse my hands off, That's when I could get a good look at the work she had done so far. They were all crooked, and not at all the shape I had asked for. I decided I just wanted to go, I would just reshape them and paint them at home. I asked her how much I owed her so I could leave. She got really mad and started slamming things on her desk and huffing. She mentioned that it was my fault for coming so early when it was cold and that's why the acrylic wasn't setting up right?? I paid her the $55 and left.”

“My friend and I went there for some manicures. My friend’s nail tech rushed her pastel nails(bubbled acrylic, hairs stuck in polish, poorly covered nail) and was done before I had even had my nails base coated. My nail tech was WONDERFUL and did a fantastic job. We’d go again just not have that nail tech(male) again.”
