What people are saying
“DON’T come here for a manicure/pedicure. You will get an INFECTION. Got my wedding nails done here awhile back, and while service was okay, I was not happy with my nails. I chose a color from the nail samples they offered, and I told them I wanted a glossy “blush” pink/nude color, but got a plain dull nude color instead. The cuticle part was done horribly and messy. And literally the next day, this bump of pus showed up on my finger. Ended up having to take antibiotics because I did not want to risk a bacterial infection, especially during a time I was getting married! Honestly, still disgusted by this. I don’t remember the names of the ladies who attended me, but I venmoed a Phuong Le and Diem Duong. WASTE of money.”
“I am legit shocked by how bad they did my lashes 90 minutes in the chair to get THESE?! I have been unhappy with my lashes before, but I have never honestly hated them. This is the absolute worst lash job I have ever had in my entire life and I would be SHOCKED if the people here are actually licensed to do lashes. Will never ever return to this salon. Horrible experience. In response to the owners comment: This is 100% the right location. I was JUST there. I was laying down in your designated lash chair/lounge for 90 minutes. You can’t find me in your system because it was my first time at your salon and will 100% be my last. Don’t play it off like I have the wrong location. Your salon did an abysmal job and I now need to pay an arm and a leg at a professional lash salon to get these removed. DO NOT GO HERE!”
“When I first moved to Atlanta, it took almost 6 months to find a decent mani/pedi. I found Sherry here and the rest is history. She’s excellent. I cannot speak for the entire staff, as I had a terrible (and I do mean terrible) job from someone else there. I just plan ahead and book my appointments… Im grateful I found Sherry. She’s sweet, confident, funny, positive, and very good at what she does. As constructive feedback, the salon needs a better color selection for SNS.”
“As an admirer of this nail salon’s work, I just left there in tears. Coming in for a regular fill in I asked for a take off and the tech was okay with that. At first she seemed a little short about requesting a style and instead of having just the smallest customer service and offering colors in s&s style she waved me to the front and told me I can go pick. I was taken a back because a nail tech from this salon had ever done no such thing and have always been gracious which is why I don’t mind driving from Stockbridge for great service. I let it slide and go on with the appointment. I also let it go that she was frustrated that it took me a minute to pick a color. Finally picking clear the tech sits down and starts the process. She begins explaining the process to me and goes “do you understand?” In the most condescending manner and tone possible. My mouth was on the FLOOR. I then let her know that we can speak in English French or Mandarin, pick one. She asks if I would like someone else to service me, I said that’s okay. She walks away. The manager on duty then comes and asks me what’s the problem, I ask him ‘Oh she didn’t tell you?’ He said no so then i begin telling him, which I didn’t have nor did i ask him for another tech she wanted to make it seem like I did. No one in the salon heard us so we weren’t arguing. I proceed to remind him which clientele is the bread and butter of the salon and his exact words were since I brought up skin color they were going to charge my take down then I would be ask to take me money elsewhere. Well the tech had already put one nail on. And I asked the male manager to take it off he clipped it. I asked him to take the part that was glued off and he did so. Now the whole time I’m talking to the manager he’s standing and I’m sitting. The manager said because I mentioned race and gave him attitude that I would have to leave. I did exactly that paid and left. You could be sitting down having a conversation with someone and because you’re a black woman speaking up for yourself you have an “attitude” and must go. Be careful when you’re there. The tech had ran out of customer service and should’ve left. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else because I know we spend A LOT of money in there. They don’t care and hold much prejudices against their MAIN customer base. I know we’re not ready 92% to give them the Target treatment but it’s coming and I’m patient. This is coming from an ESOL educator this coming from someone who taught in Beijing. You never know who you are servicing.”
“This was my first time visiting this nail salon. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. As for linda my nail tech, I’ve been going to her for the past 5 years and Linda absolutely did a phenomenal job with my manicure. She always executes with pure precision and passion. Please don’t hesitate to ask for Linda, she will always take care of you and make sure that your manicure is precisely executed with unalloyed accuracy and scrupulous!”
