“Two weeks ago I went to your salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure. My manicure only lasted 4 days, and the gel on my right index finger came off. Yesterday I checked my toenails and noticed this. I did not hit or injure my nail. I only went on vacation and spent the entire week in the pool. I’m not sure if it was due to improper preparation, but it looks like water may have gotten underneath the gel, or it could possibly be a fungus. I am concerned about the condition of my nail. I have tried contacting you by text message and also sent an email, but I have not received a response. I paid $100 for these two services, and I would appreciate a response and assistance in resolving this issue.”
