“I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The nail clipper she took out of a bag was visibly rusty inside, with red rust clearly showing. I was very uncomfortable with that and expected the tools to be clean and properly maintained. Her attitude was also very rude. Instead of politely asking me to move or turn my hand, she would push and pull my hand around. I did not leave a tip because I was unhappy with the service and the way I was treated. After that, she looked down at me and started speaking in her language, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not return.”

“My body fit the pedi chair, easy to get into, place is very clean. Was a walk in and was attended to right away with good color options. Giving it a three because the prices are outrageous. I had a gel pedicure (no chrome or design, one color, no add ones or even that good of a footrub) and paid with vemno and its was $61!! They did they say there was an unchanged for gel and venmo but wasnt expecting it to be $20 more then the already high base price. Such a shame as I'd love to go back but not at that price.”

“I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Paul does a nice job and takes his time. There’s another guy there who isn’t as good. The last time I was there I asked for regular nail polish, and it wasn’t dry after 3 hours had already passed! I thought that was ridiculous. I also didn’t think they had a variety of regular polish colors, and not many bottles were full either. I was trying to find a good brand color like OPI that wasn’t less than half full.”

“The man who did my nails was absolutely wonderful. He took care in his work and was kind & happy. When I was done my s/o even said, "that's the best French manicure you've ever had" ( out of all the places I've ever gone) ...and I agree.”

“I am appalled at the service I received this morning at A2 nail spa. I have never in my life asked for a refund for a set of nails, but these are just awful. I asked if she was able to do flowers and she said she was. While she was doing them I asked her to redo a few of them and she wiped them off and did them just as poorly. I would have had her take them all the way off but I had to leave for work. I asked for a refund after looking at them outside in natural light and she said she wasn’t allowed to give refunds and I would have to talk to a manager but when I asked when they would be in she said it varied and I just had to leave a message with her and she would have them call me back. There is chunky acrylic underneath half of my nails, many of my cuticles are flooded, and there is separation between my nail and the added tip on my pinkie finger. When I asked for a refund she berated me in front of other customers and said that the shape of my nails was the problem and that I shouldn’t get flowers on my nails “if you don’t like them”. I bet flowers on my nails all the time and have never had them turn out this poorly. I fully understand that hand painted nails won’t be perfect, but this is on a whole other level. I paid $89 for these nails that I will have to have removed and redone. Bottom line is the nails are bad but the customer service is the real reason for the low review.”
