“I was really nervous and scared because I don’t go to new places. I had called several places before I went here. No one would answer the phone then I called 9one8 &spa Chantal answered immediately, she had this beautiful smile in her voice. I felt confident walking in. When I walked in, she greeted me with confidence and grace immediately my anxiety changed and went away. I felt very comfortable she let me put my purse on the chair. Then I walked over. She put the apron around me for the shampoo. She explained everything to me. She got the water perfect for me. I’m very picky about how my water is when my hair is shampoo. She talked to me and made me very comfortable while she was shampooing my hair. I felt like I knew her for years. We then walked over I explained to her how I wanted my haircut she listened. We talked as we were best friends. We talked about God, which made me very comfortable. I felt like I was at church. It was such a peaceful moment. I needed her in my life. It was such an honor. She did such an amazing job on my hair. I can’t explain how wonderful it was to walk into a place and feel so comfortable. I absolutely love the haircut and Chantal I will be returning and I hope that this review sends Customer is there as well. The salon is so beautiful and clean inside. The people are so kind. The other cosmetologist was just as kind. Thank you 9One8 &spa for making me feel so welcome. One stop shop they have it all”

“Being out of town, I depend on reviews to go places for nails and pedicures. This place was great! I had Maria working on my pedicure and let me just say, the message alone was amazing and of the best ever. My sister had the dip nails done. Both ladies were attentive, detailed, and professional. We enjoyed our visit. Then, when checking out, I was shocked with the price. For the basic pedicure I asked for, the above the service given, I had expected to pay a lot more. Prices were great. We were lucky they were able to get us in as “walk ins”. I’d drive the 10 hours to come back!!”
