7 Star Nails

“just went yesterday and im going to another salon for have these nails fixed. not a big color selection to choose. the girl who did my nails apparently never did a cat eye bc another girl jumped in at the end to fix her work. the nail repairs i had done i can tell are gonna be the first to break and dont match the shape or size as the rest of my nails. id already been in the chair for over an hour that i just wanted to get it over with”

“Service is horrible. They had a lady working on my nails and me thinking she was understanding me the whole time she wasn’t understanding me my nails were not even even they were all different lengths. They were very thin no Apex whatsoever horrible service I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited till she was done they looked terrible. I tried to say something to the manager in there and he told me I would have to wait For someone else to do my nails when he could have done them. Customer service sucks these days me and my daughter were there to get our nails done then they also want to change the price when my daughter gets her nails done all the time at the same location by the same person. We’ll never spend money here again. This is the nails that I left with. I had to look at him and ask him was he happy with me walking out as a customer with these nails. He could not answer me.”

“Very disappointed—it was my first time trial testing this salon. I was happy with what I walked out of the salon with, but it was very upsetting to see the no-chip paint forming air bubbles and peeling in 2-3 days. I have never had this happen before in all my years of getting full sets with no-chip. I called after a week to see what they could do and I was told that there is only a 1-week guarantee on no-chip nails so they would not refund or fix (which I would never ask them to do), but I had never heard that before. I don’t think is fair given that I paid for quality service and carved out 2 hours of my weekend. Now, since I work all during the week — I have to sit with embarrassing peeling/sticky nails on Valentine’s Day.”
