What people are saying
“Yesterday, my friend had her toes done here, and one of the technicians made a mistake. He attempted to fix it, but it just smudged, so she decided to come back today to have it properly fixed. Instead of being helpful, the staff acted annoyed and gave us attitude. They claimed they couldn’t find the correct color, and tried to put dark orange over the color when she had a peachy light color. After finally repainting the nail, one of the employees accidentally messed it up again so she went and got another lady to fix it and we were met with even more attitude and short responses when we asked questions. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes just for one toenail to be repainted. Mistakes happen, and we understand that, but poor customer service and rude attitudes are unacceptable. Being treated like an inconvenience for asking them to fix their own mistake was disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, because of the experience and the way we were treated, we will not be returning.”
“Poor quality results for high price. Up charge for everything… $10 for chrome that took 2 seconds on top of the $20 charge for gel... and that’s not even the worst part… we all have flooded cuticles. Cut toes and fingers. They were aware of why we were there as we made appointments… and my sisters wedding manicure is actually embarrassing, uneven, lumpy, and so much leftover acrylic under her nails. Not to mention, as a licensed cosmetologist who takes sanitation very seriously, to watch a manicurist replace a pedicure bowl liner before she was even finished with her current service without even sanitizing the bowl or area in the slightest is absolutely repulsive. The swelling and discomfort my sister is experiencing on her toe where she was cut doesn’t seem to be by chance after watching that.”
“THE PHOTOS JUST DON'T DO THEM JUSTICE!! Today was my first time visiting and I will CERTAINLY be back! Leo and Hanny took care of me today and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They look phenomenal, they're VERY attention to detail, and make sure you get EXACTLY what you want. I was so nervous to visit a new place, but they made me feel so welcome. Thanks again you guys for an amazing job!! 😍”
“I didn't like it, and I think it is very expensive for the services they offer. The girl who attended to me didn't speak English. When she finished painting my nails, she brought me this small fan and just left it there; she didn't say, "The work is finished," or "You need to sit here for a certain amount of time"—nothing. She just packed up her things and walked away. I sat there for about 15 minutes, but as soon as I got into my car, I messed up a nail, As a Spanish speaker fluent in both Spanish and English, I know how difficult it is to learn a second language. However, I truly believe that if you are going to work in customer service, you should know at least a little English—or at the very least, use a translator—so that you can understand what the customer is saying to you.”
“My daughter liked going here and wanted to join her. The nail tech cut open 3 of my cuticles and in my opinion gave a disappointing manicure. Most upsetting is that this place didn’t even offer to discount after slicing open my cuticles. He just said sorry and then didn’t clean the wound. I had to ask to rinse my hand to get the dust out of my cut. I hope I don’t get an infection. Will not be coming back.”
