“Very disappointing experience. I came into this salon with a beautiful Gel-X set that was only about two weeks old. My only request was to shorten the length while keeping the same shape. Instead, the shape was completely changed and the quality of the work was poor. Two different technicians repeatedly filed and reshaped my nails. When I returned to have the issue corrected, it became obvious that the nails needed more than a simple reshape. I respectfully asked for a reasonable solution, including a fill, but it was refused. The most disappointing part was how the situation was handled by the manager, Kim. I felt she raised her voice and spoke to me unprofessionally in front of other customers. When I asked if there was someone above her I could speak with, she repeatedly told me she was the manager and directed me to send an email. In the end, because no reasonable correction was offered, I had all of the product removed completely. I paid $95 and left with no nails at all, despite arriving with a perfectly good Gel-X set. I am a local customer and was hoping to continue supporting this business, but after this experience I cannot recommend it.”

“I don't comment often, but I had an excellent experience today and I am compelled to reward the two technicians who went above and beyond. First, Michelle, accommodated my special request to move from one side to the other of the pedicure chair in order to take care or my manicure, because I had a broken shoulder and have not regained my full mobility. She also did a fantastic job following direction about my desire for short nails, extra hand massage and leave on lotion. She was also extremely careful with my broken arm and I never felt pain or discomfort. For my pedicure Tammy deserves all the kuddos!!! I have a pet-peeve about calluses and firm massages. She hit both on the nail! After her furm massage my feet and legs felt as if I am walking in the clouds. The In addition, I use a dark red color with sparkles and it could be tricky sometimes to get the precision coverage I enjoy - she was perfect by this criteria, as well. I should leave more reviews here, because since we moved to this area 2 years ago, I only had one sub-par experience in this location around a big holiday (I think the girls were tempting from some other place). Every other time, regardless of my techs, girls of gentlemen, the service is great. 👍👍👍 That 3.9 rating is not realistic. They deserve way better. ❤️”

“I’m never coming back here. First off they mismatched my toes then told me it was my fault. Why would I come in for a gel man and ped and want two different vibes? That makes no sense- then the front desk is giving me a dirty look paired with a dirt attitude and customer service. I have given them several tries now- both times the manicurist cut me. OMG this time she filed my nail bed so thin the middle of my nail started BLEEDING. Frosting on the cake is the $100+ bill for mismatched, cut up nails, and crap customer service. Thanks for all that.”

The space is bright and breezy, with windows and doors open so it never smells like harsh chemicals — just good vibes all around. The team consistently does a phenomenal job, always meticulous and patient, and they genuinely care about your experience. Cat at the front desk is amazing — warm, welcoming, and on top of everything. My daughter and I love coming here as a special treat every now and then. It feels like a little escape. Bonus: they offer complimentary beverages, which makes the pampering feel even more elevated. If you’re looking for flawless nails in a relaxed, friendly setting, this is the place.”

“I’ve always had a wonderful experience here. The staff is attentive to detail, accommodating, and willing to make adjustments if something isn’t quite right. For example, when I got chrome nails, the chrome started coming off soon after I got home. I went back, and they immediately fixed it, no questions asked, despite their busy schedules. Another time, after my first Gel-X nail appointment, I felt like my nails were a bit thick. At my next visit, I mentioned this, and they assured me they could adjust the thickness to feel more natural—and they did! My nails looked and felt perfect after that. I’ve tried a variety of services here, including Gel-X nail extensions with designs, chrome nails, gel and regular toe polish, manicures, pedicures, paraffin wax add-ons, and waxing services, and each service has been fantastic. Most importantly, I got my wedding nails done here, and they turned out absolutely stunning! The ambience is lovely, with massage chairs and drink service, making the whole experience even more relaxing. Pricing is reasonable for the quality, and if I were still in Irvine, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.”
