“I visited this place due to numerous recommendations on Facebook. Upon arrival, the facility and customer service were both top notch. I was greeted and serviced promptly. The lavender pedicure was heavenly. The massage was also really good! The gel polish application was just okay. It was thick and uneven but was overall presentable. On to the manicure... I opted for builder gel since I had been getting Russian manicures for quite a while. So my expectations may have been unfairly high. There was no cuticle preparation and the polish application was nothing short of horrible. It was not applied over the entire nail (to which I had the tech correct on site) and was messy and unclean. The polish began to peel within an hour of departure. There is not one "good fingernail" as they all are subpar work. I would not recommend this location unless there is a specific good tech to visit - which it appeared to be maybe 2 or 3 based on what I observed while there.”
