What people are saying
“I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I sat with my feet soaking in water for over 20 minutes without anyone checking on me or even offering me a beverage, while every customer around me was offered one. To make matters worse, someone who arrived after I was taken care of before me. This salon used to be a place where getting a pedicure felt relaxing and enjoyable. Now, it feels disorganized and rushed. After waiting so long and feeling completely overlooked, I decided to leave because I had no confidence I would receive the quality service I was paying for. No customer should be made to feel ignored or like they're just being rushed through an appointment. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this salon, and I won't be returning.”
“So I like it here because they’re fast but they are invreasing their prices OFTEN. It’s a nice, Modern, place but charging $135 for a pedicure and SHORT French tips is ridiculous. “$5 for long then normal nails”, when my nail tech said “this ling right”. “$10 for almond” when my nail tech said “almond right”… it’s just kinda terrible. NOT TO MENTION I got them done less than 2 weeks ago and 2 of my nails have fallen off.. not the entire nail but where it is actually longer then my nail, which shows the nails are weak! I wanted a REGULAR pedicure and my lady gave me a “sea spa pedicure” without informing me that it was a $20 up charge. Instead, she said “you are treating your pedicure today” and I j smiled and laughed yes because what. Anyways don’t go here this is outrageous!”
“Acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Everyone was nice. All questions answered. Was treated great! Nails look good! Will definitely go back.”
“I have been using this salon for almost 15 years. I always get a great manicure and a great pedicure. I used to frequent different places which I was never fully satisfied with the service until I found this place. There is an amazing amount of polishes in which to choose, the pedicure chairs have massage , the atmosphere is top notch and you can have a complimentary glass of wine !”
“Had an appointment for dip powder and toe polish change. Dip manicure was not a good experience - the tech shaved my real nails down so much I had to ask her to stop because they were burning and too thin. She started filing one hand before the dip was dry so there are little chips at the top of some nails. At the end of the service I looked at my nails up front in the sunlight and they looked bumpy, uneven and the clear polish doesn’t even cover each nail. The front desk girl (who was SO nice and helpful) showed a picture to the owner Lyn. First Lyn wanted me to pay and come back tomorrow for her to fix them. I leave for vacation today and said I wasn’t paying for the dip. After many back and forth conversations with the receptionist because the owner wouldn’t come look at my nails, I agreed to pay for my polish change and come back to let her fix them next week. The “matching” colors did not match - I didn’t even care about this at the end of the appointment but the girl assured me it was the same number (I’ve had dozens of matching dip colors and I know they are a little off but these colors weren’t even close). They called me back to say Lyn had an opening later today that was too late so I booked for next week to have her fix my nails. At that point they told me I’d have to pay for the service in full. Lyn finally got on the phone and I explained to her how bad my nails will look for my vacation and that I shouldn’t have to pay for a service they did incorrectly. She kept telling me I had to pay and I said I would go elsewhere. Horrible business from a customer’s point of view. My nails look ridiculous and I will not be back to this salon.”
